Spices are the keynote of traditional Indian cuisine. Through time and tradition each region has adopted blends of different spices and herbs to compliment the type of food and climate. From the delicately spiced dishes of Kashmir to the hot and spicy foods of the south to the great seafood dishes from the coastal regions.

Flavours as varied as the climate of India, and as exotic as the people. Each dish has it's own distinctive flavour which comes from selected herbs and spices which have to be separately prepared for each individual dish.
